To strengthen our team, we are looking for an Immediately or by arrangement:
Import customs declarant for air freight and border customs clearance (100%)
Your main tasks:
- You monitor and coordinate the import process of goods at Zurich Airport
- You handle customs formalities in compliance with customs regulations
- You communicate with customs authorities and other relevant parties to ensure smooth import processes
- You prepare documentation and check import documents and freight papers
- You ensure that quality and safety standards are met.
- You process import inquiries in German, English and, if possible, in French and solve challenges in the import process.
- You process orders from A to Z.From placing the order to recording, customs clearance, delivery and invoicing.
Your profile:
- Completed commercial training
- IT skills (MS Office)
- Strong customer orientation, accuracy and diligence
- You enjoy working in a small, motivated and motivated team
- Loyalty to your employer
